    This in-depth visit includes a full review of your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, and current symptoms. Together, we’ll design a personalized roadmap for your healing journey.

  • Follow-Up Visit (30 min): $125
    These sessions provide continued support, progress tracking, and plan adjustments, and lab reviews.

  • Health Coach Consultation ( nationwide ) $200

    In depth review over health, with discussions over nutrition, and recommendation for labs in your state.

We partner with leading labs to provide advanced testing for gut health, thyroid, hormones, nutrient status, and more.

  • Labs are personalized and billed separately. Florida residents only.

🌱 GreenScripts Payment Plan Policy

At GreenScripts, we want to make functional medicine care accessible and manageable. To support our clients, we offer flexible payment options for programs and packages.

🔹 Payment Plan Options,

  • 3-Month Packages: May be split into 3 monthly payments.

  • 6-Month Packages: May be split into 4–6 monthly payments.

  • 12-Month Packages: May be split into 6–12 monthly payments, depending on program length.

  • Example - 3- month package $897.00, with 25 % deposit $224.25, then remaining balance over next 2 months $336.37.

🔹 Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 25% is required at the time of enrollment of all monthly packages.

  • Remaining balances are automatically drafted monthly via credit card or bank draft.

  • A valid payment method must remain on file for the duration of the plan.

🔹 Late/Failed Payments

  • Payments not successfully processed within 7 days will incur a $50 late fee.

  • If two consecutive payments fail, GreenScripts reserves the right to pause services until the account is brought current.

🔹 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the personalized nature of functional medicine services, packages are non-refundable once care has begun.

  • If you need to pause or reschedule your program due to personal circumstances, please contact our office to discuss options.
