When symptoms persist or deeper insight is needed, advanced functional testing may be used to evaluate energy production, hormone rhythms, and stress physiology. These tests are selected intentionally and sequenced to avoid unnecessary overwhelm.

Your care plan includes clinical decision-making, interpretation, and guidance. Specific lab selection is individualized and discussed together before ordering.

3-Month Foundations Program

Purpose:

• Everything in the 3-Month Foundations Program

• Ongoing follow-up visits over 6 months

• Continued secure messaging support

• Second-phase functional lab, if clinically indicated:

  • OATs → DUTCH

  • DUTCH → OATs

• Ongoing plan refinement as symptoms, tolerance, and lab findings evolve

Additional testing may be discussed later if symptoms plateau or further insight is clinically appropriate.
