What is a Personalized Lab Review and Action Plan?
A personalized lab review and action plan is a focused consultation designed to review symptoms, health history, previous labs, and goals. You'll leave with practical recommendations and a clear next-step plan.
What's the difference between the Hashimoto's and Hormone & Metabolic Lab Review and Action Plan?
The Hashimoto's consultation is designed for individuals with thyroid-related concerns, including fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, and autoimmune thyroid disease.
The Hormone & Metabolic consultation is designed for individuals experiencing hormone changes, perimenopause symptoms, weight loss resistance, fatigue, or blood sugar concerns.
Do I need lab work before booking?
Not necessarily. Every patient begins with a health assessment. If you've completed laboratory testing within the last 90 days, I'll review your results to determine whether they're appropriate for your consultation. If additional testing is recommended, you'll receive a personalized laboratory requisition before scheduling your Personalized Lab Review and Action Plan.
Are labs included in the Lab Review and Action Plan Appointment fee?
No. Laboratory testing is billed separately from your consultation.
Do you prescribe medications?
Medical services are available to Florida residents when appropriate.
Individuals outside of Florida may utilize educational consultations and wellness resources.
Is GreenScripts telehealth only?
Yes. All consultations are conducted virtually, allowing clients to participate from the comfort of their home.
Do you accept insurance?
No. GreenScripts is a cash-pay practice.
This allows for longer appointment times and a more personalized approach.
Are supplements required?
No. Supplement recommendations are individualized and discussed based on your goals and health concerns.
Can I purchase supplements without becoming a client?
Yes. Professional-grade supplements are available through the GreenScripts Fullscript dispensary.
Can I work with you if I live outside Florida?
Yes. Educational consultations, strategy sessions, digital resources, and supplement recommendations are available nationwide.
Medical services are limited to Florida residents.
What happens after my Personalized Lab Review and Action Plan Consult?
You'll receive recommendations based on your individual concerns and goals. Depending on your situation, next steps may include lifestyle modifications, supplements, additional testing, educational resources, or Florida medical services when appropriate.

🌱 GreenScripts Payment & Billing Policy
GreenScripts is a cash-based functional medicine practice. Payment is required to reserve and maintain care services.
Personalized Lab Review and Action plan
The Personalized lab review and action plan ($147 per person) is due at the time of booking.
This fee covers the visit only and does not include lab testing, supplements, or ongoing care.
Lab Testing & Additional Costs
Additional or advanced testing (including external or specialty labs such as OATS or DUTCH) is not included and is billed separately.
All lab recommendations and pricing are reviewed with patients before ordering.
Supplements & Medications
Supplements are not included in care plan pricing.
Prescription medications, if applicable, are not included and are billed separately through pharmacies.
Cancellations & Refunds
Consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.
Care plans are non-refundable once services or included lab testing have begun.
Refund requests related to billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Functional medicine care requires patient participation, including nutrition and lifestyle changes.
