Every patient begins with a personalized health assessment before scheduling a consultation.

This allows me to review your symptoms, medical history, and any recent laboratory results so I can determine whether additional testing is needed and ensure your consultation is focused on creating your personalized action plan - not gathering information.

What to expect :

  1. Complete your health assessment (approximately 5 - 10 minutes)

  2. Upload any laboratory results completed within the last 90 days (if available)

  3. I'll personally review your information

  4. If additional testing is recommended, you'll receive a secure laboratory requisition with simple instructions

  5. Once your laboratory results have been reviewed you will receive an invitation to schedule your personalized lab review and action plan
